Comments
The MMT website does not use any comment forms and does not collect any data related to comments.
Media
When displaying a user-submitted image on the MMT website, EXIF information in the image file that includes GPS position data should be avoided. Website visitors can download these and extract the location data from the images on the website.
Contact forms
In addition to the information provided in the contact form, the IP address and browser ID string of the contributor will be collected to filter out unsolicited content.
Cookies
The MMT website may set temporary cookies to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. The website may also store additional cookies in the browser to enable user navigation between content. These cookies do not contain any personal information and are deleted when the browser is closed.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles available on the website may use embedded content from external sources, such as videos, images, posts, etc. Embedded content from external sources behaves exactly as if you had visited the website.
These sites may collect visitor data independently of MMT, use cookies or third-party tracking code, monitor user activity related to the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

MMT uses Google Analytics to track website traffic.
Who we share user data with
The MMT website does not collect or transfer personal data to third parties. Personal data, such as your name and email address, submitted to MMT through a contact form or other form may be temporarily stored by the server.
How long we keep your personal data
User data on the MMT website is permanently deleted from the web server's database after processing. For technical reasons, the data and their metadata that have been transferred to the MMT website through user interactions may remain on the server's operating system in the form of log files for an indefinite period of time. The purpose of this is to detect and troubleshoot possible technical errors and anomalies. This information may be viewed and edited by website administrators.
What rights do users have in relation to their own data?
By using the website, you can request the data you have provided to MMT to be sent to you in an export file containing any data you have previously provided to us. We may also request the deletion of any personal data previously provided. This does not apply to data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
Where we transfer the data to
The data submitted by visitors can be checked by an automatic spam filtering service.
